"Decent for beginners, but a little confusing"
I’m new to this, some of the guides were actually helpful. But, like, the site has a lot going on, so it took me a bit to figure out where everything was and what I was supposed to do. It’s not bad overall, just not exactly super easy to use at first.

"Decent selection, but pricing felt mixed"
I only ordered once, so I might not have the full picture, but the prices felt a bit all over the place to me. Some packs seemed fair at first, but once shipping was added, it didn’t really feel like that great of a deal. The site does have a lot to choose from, which I liked, but overall the value seemed average. Not bad, just not exactly cheap either. I’d probably give it another try if there was a sale or discount

I was happy with how clear the email updates were. The tracking and order details were easy to understand, so I never felt confused about what was going on. I do wish one of the notices had come a little sooner, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience.

"Legal info felt harder to follow than other sites"
I spent some time looking around Homegrowncannabis, but the legal compliance info just wasn’t clear enough for me. Compared to other sites I’ve checked out, I felt like I had to do more digging to figure out what’s actually allowed where I live, especially since cannabis seed laws can vary so much by state or country.
Maybe it’s straightforward enough for people who already know the rules, but I personally didn’t feel comfortable moving forward. For a product like this, I’d expect the legal warnings and shipping restrictions to be right up front and easy to understand

"Tracking was confusing and support felt like a loop"
My order went through without any issues, but the tracking updates were really unclear. I kept checking over and over and still couldn’t tell where my package actually was. I reached out to support, and while they did respond, it felt like I was getting bounced around in a loop a bit instead of getting a straight answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had a small issue with my order and was bracing myself for a whole headache, but it ended up being really simple. Their refund/replacement policy was clear, and they didn’t make me feel like I had to argue my case or anything. They just checked the details and got it sorted out. My order arrived on time, so no complaints there, but the packaging looked rough when it got here. Nothing was missing or damaged, thankfully, so maybe I’m overthinking it a bit, but the box definitely looked like it had been through a lot. I just feel like it could’ve been packed a little more securely.

My order ended up being fine, so no real issue there. I was actually checking on it during lunch because I’d been meaning to sort it out before the weekend, and the main frustration was just how long customer service took to get back to me. I had to send a couple of follow-ups just to get a basic update, which felt unnecessary. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole process more irritating than it needed to be.

"Strain info didnt seem right"
I wasnt really happy with the strain selection. A lot of them looked pretty much the same to me, just with different names, and the genetics info felt kind of all over the place. Some of the descriptions didnt match what I expected from those strains. Maybe it works fine for other people, but after this, I dont really trust it much.

I ended up checking out Homegrown Cannabis after getting annoyed with other sites showing a bunch of strains that were all sold out. This one had way more in stock than I expected, including a few I’d been trying to find for a while.
The site was easy to browse, and I didn’t have to keep swapping my picks because something wasn’t available. I also got my confirmation email and receipt right away, which made the whole thing feel straightforward. Really happy with the selection overall, 5 stars from me.

"Pretty frustrating on mobile"
I was just trying to look through a few products, but the site felt kind of clunky right away. The menus didn’t behave very smoothly on my phone, and I had to keep tapping around to find things that should’ve been easy to get to.
A few pages were slow to load too, and the filters felt more annoying than helpful. I’d pick something, then somehow end up back where I started, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
Maybe the desktop version is better, but on mobile it gave me a rough impression. It’s not unusable, but it definitely needs a cleaner layout and a smoother flow.

I checked out the cultivation guides on Homegrowncannabis because I’m still new to all this, and they helped more than I expected. The basic steps made things feel less confusing, especially the watering and light stuff. A couple parts had me going back like, wait, which one are they talking about there? But overall it kept me from guessing the whole time. I’d probably use it again next time around.

"Mostly fine, but I’m still on the fence"
I ordered from Homegrown Cannabis and overall it was a decent experience. To be fair, the site seemed legit and customer support did get back to me, even if it took a little longer than I expected. The tracking was also kind of confusing, which made me a bit unsure while I was waiting. Nothing really went wrong, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was, but I also didn’t feel totally confident the whole time. I might order again, but I’d probably read a few more recent reviews first.
